1. Registration & Payment

All registrations made through our website or via authorised representatives are considered final once payment is received. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful registration.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers must inform us via email at info@ddjayharyana.com within 7 days of registration to request cancellation.
Requests received after 7 days of registration are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

This project is marketed by Shivam Consulting & Marketing. This is a private real estate project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any government authority.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
Processing charges (if any) will be deducted before issuing refunds.

4. Allocation Scenarios

If allocation is unsuccessful, the registration amount is refundable.
If you do not participate in, or cannot attend, the allocation process, you may request a refund within the 7-day cancellation window.
